2SC

Quick Overview

2SC steel wire reinforced hydraulic rubber hose is similar to 2SN steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose in structure. The difference is that it has a smaller outside diameter, suitable for the equipment piping whose installation space is compact and narrow. 2 SC has high-pressure hydraulic lines 165 to 400 bar and requires compact outer dia. High flexibility for use with petroleum, synthetic, or water-based fluids in hydraulic systems suitable for agricultural, earthmoving & material handling equipment, and machinery/systems This hose has an excellent performance in high-pressure working conditions.

EN 857 – 2SC / SAE 100 R16

Hydraulic Rubber Hose 2SC structure consists of three parts: tube, reinforcement, and cover.

𝗧𝘂𝗯𝗲
Black, oil resistant synthetic rubber

𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
Two high tensile steel wire braids, making the hose work well in a high-pressure environment.

𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿
Abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone, aging, sunlight, and cut resistant synthetic rubber, making the hose have a long service life.

Hydroflex® Hydraulic Rubber Hose 2SC conveys hydraulic fluid to or among hydraulic components, valves, actuators, as well as tools. Typically it is flexible and often reinforced. Usually, the hose is constructing with several layers of reinforcement. Hydraulic systems frequently operate at high or very high pressures. Therefore, dimensions, performance specifications, construction options, and features are important parameters to consider when searching for a hydraulic hose.

Construction options for hydraulic hoses include reinforced, coiled, corrugated, or convoluted. The reinforced hose is constructing with different reinforcement styles such as textile braid, wire braid, wire helix, and other designs in many plies or layer configurations.

The most common use primary materials for hydraulic rubber hoses include elastomers, fluoropolymers and silicone, thermoplastics, metal, and composite. Similarly, you can select elastomeric or rubber hydraulic hose for their flexibility. Also, fluoropolymer hose offers good flex life, superior chemical and corrosion resistance. It can also handle high temperatures. Finally, the thermoplastic hydraulic hose offers a tight minimum bend radius.
