AL – Standard Series
Quick Overview
Aluminum series Pipe – Tube clamps are normally used for high temperature applications (more than 260 degree Celsius) and the W.P. range more then 1500 PSI (100 BAR) and up to 8000 psi (600 BAR) in the Steel / stainless steel Piping System.
DESCRIPTION
Standard series pipe clamps or hydraulic pipe hanger systems assure a simple, reliable shock dampening support for hydraulic tubes. Hydraulic pipe clamps absorb shock, dampen vibration and reduce noise in hydraulic piping systems.
Application
Hydraulic pipe clamps are mainly perfect for the following main purposes in hydraulic systems:
-
Absorbing shock;
-
Dampen vibration;
-
Noise reduction;
-
Quick, easy, and secure installation of pipes, tubes, hoses, and cables.
Features
-
Proven, tested, and trusted products in various markets.
-
Either for the extra vibration or noise-reducing installation of pipes and tubes or the gentle installation of hoses and cables.
-
Available for all commonly used outside diameters.
-
Excellent weathering resistance, even under extreme condition.
Suggestions for Pipe Installations
▮ In order to fulfill their purpose, fix the clamps strongly for all types of connections.
▮ For the pipelines where you are using fittings, to prevent the threads to be affected and loosen up, place the first clamp right after the fitting.
▮If there are valves on pipeline, fix the pipes using clamps right before and after the valves in order to provide safe operation of the system.
General Information
Hydraulic pipe clamps or hydraulic pipe hanger systems are perfect to assure a simple, reliable shock dampening support for hydraulic tubes, hydraulic pipes, hydraulic hoses, and conduit in hydraulic piping systems. They are the most economical solution available for quick, easy, and secure pipes, tubes, hoses, and cable installation.
Pipe clamps or pipe hangers are suitable in industrial hydraulic systems, mobile hydraulic systems, process piping, and electrical construction. Furthermore, their vibration and noise-reducing features are appreciated as being an important contribution to environmental protection and occupational health and safety. Clamps also should be mounted to a rigid structure for optimum performance. Clamping tube, pipe or hose assemblies together without mounting them to a rigid structure, often called “floating clamps,” does not provide adequate support.
Our diverse range of Hydraulic Pipe Clamps are available in three series: L-for light-duty (standard wall) hydraulic pipes, S-for heavy duty (thick wall) hydraulic pipes, and finally, T-for twin lines of hydraulic hoses. They provide you with the ultimate solution to absorb shock, dampen vibration, and reducing noise in hydraulic piping systems. Besides, Products are UV, weathering, and chemical resistance – even under extreme conditions. Tested and approved by several independent certification organizations. Moreover, we can supply our hydraulic pipe clamps in a wide range of materials.
Centre Point Hydraulic maintains the complete inventory of Clamps in the Middle East and Africa, ready to ship to meet your company’s needs. Furthermore, we can provide you with a free consultation and quotation through +971 4 885 6150 or centrepoint@cp-dubai.com.
